The International Union,
Cognizant of accusations against the People's Republic of Vietnam of human rights violations, crimes against humanity, and war crimes;
Verifying that there is suitable cause upon which to launch investigation and action on the matter;
Reaffirming the International Union's dedication to the protection of human rights, the sanctity of human life, and the dismantling of oppressive and corrupt regimes which do not uphold those basic beliefs upon which this Union is founded;
Is here-by,
Recommending that the Secretary-General be instructed to oversee the launching of a full investigation into these accusations;
Recommending that the Security Council be requested to review the matter further and to pursue actions which would preserve the peace, protect human life and the quality of life befitting all humans, and encourage the local government to desist any illegal, immoral, or otherwise harmful activities such as those they are accused of;
Recommending that the international community, aided and facilitated through those resources and functions provided by the International Union, pressure the local government to desist any illegal, immoral, or otherwise harmful activities such as those they are accused of and pursue means through which to preserve the peace and protect human life and the quality of life befitting all humans.
