History

The Republic of Texas began after World War 1 when the U.S fell all of it's people united and made the Republic of Texas. This republic lasted up till the 50's, when it became engulfed in civil war between three different parties.They were the Republicans, the Democratics and the Fascists. This war led to the deaths of many people, with over 400,000 Texans dying, most of them civillians. Eventually the fascists were defeated and the Democrats and Republicans couldn't beat each other and became seperate nations. One of them was the Federation of North Americas, which was mainly in Western Texas and it's capital, San Antonio, was on the border. This was the nation the Democrats made. The Republicans stayed in the Republic of Texas. The Texas capital would stay as Austin. Over the next few years, both of the nations had border clashes. The largest of these, called the Crash at Antonio, resulted in the deaths of 226 Federation Soldiers, 121 Republic soldiers and over 1,000 Federation civillions and millions in damage. This was the breaking point when on August 27, 1963, when the sides were at war again with larger armies, larger populations and more deadly weapons. This time, over 1 million people died, and around 800,000 of them were Civillians. But the Texans finally reunited. But then Mexico saw this as an perfect oppertunity to get some land in the North and invaded Texas. Texas, who couldn't fight back, had given up and most of it's people went into hiding. This would finally end when on March 2, 2015 the Texans rose up, fighting the Mexican army and destroyed the Mexican army assassinating their main military commanders and attacking most of the Mexican army main bases by suprise.The Texans found out that the Mexicans had made a nuclear weapons facility in Texas and began using them. Texas decided to make their country democratic, using only the Congress idea that America had used before they collapsed. However, many people in Congress were corrupt and tried selling Nuclear Weapons to Honduras. This began the Honduran War in 2020 (?). The corrupt Congress officials used their military power to take over the entire government and enter the war on the side of Honduras. Texas tried invading Puerto Rico with it's navy and marines, however, due to a lack of good intelligiance and low morale, the Texas suffered a major defeat and were pushed back by the Hawaiins. Mexico and California then invaded Texas and defeated the corrupt Texas government. But during the war, many people that lived in Houston were rioting and rebelling so the government. When they knew they were going to lose, they had bombed the city, killing ten of thousands and destroying a part of the city. This began the era of anarchy, when Texas was still together but the government left all of their country to defend for thereselves and had walled of Dallas, Austin and Houston. But in 2032 a new president, President David Rorke, was elected into office and unofficially re-established the country and the new Texas government and announced they would start having peace talks with other nations.

In 2034 Texas along with a few other nations combined together to create the American Union. Texas also invaded Mexico to keep sure that the nuclear weapons in the area weren't taken by any rogue government officials or rebels in the region.

ECONOMY

Texas has a large industry. It has a very large agriculture industry, with many livestock and food being produced yearly. It also have a large manufacturing industry. They also get a lot of money from mining minerals and oil from the ground every year.

MILITARY

The Military of Texas is composed into 3 branches.

ARMY: The main force of the military. It composes of most of the soldiers and includes Infantry, Mechanized Forces and a Small Air Fleet of mostly helicopter

WEAPONS: 'Colt M1911, M4A1(Being phased out by SCAR), FN SCAR, M249, AT4, Barret M82, M1014, M21

VEHICLES: 'M1A2 Abrams, Humvee, MRAP, M1126 Stryker, AH-64 Apache, UH-60 Blackhawk, UH-72 Lakota, F-16 Falcon, C-17 Globemaster III, CH-47

NAVY: Controls our operations in the sea and sometimes on land. They also control our Marines, the soldiers who normally use the Naval ships to help in their operations.

WEAPONS: 'MP5N, M4 Carbine, M9, Barret M82, M1014, M21

VEHICLES: F/A-18E/F Advanced Super Hornet (255), SH-60 Seahawk (321), V-22 Osprey (72), AH-1Z Viper (92)

AIR FORCE: Controls most of the jets and helicopters of Texas. Other branches do to but Air Force has the most and best.
