History
The Principality of Washington became its own country on May 12, 2036 as the government had liberated the rest of Maryland as protests were demanding themselves to be its independent, free county.

- 10 May 2036 — In the New Republic of Maryland, protests are out of countrol, demanding to be separated from the rest of Maryland. As a result, government officials decide to liberate the rest of Maryland and to only have Washington DC. After, the president had resigned, he had appointed the vice president to take over. Thus, the country was renamed, and the government was revised.
