Matt1889 was one of the founding members of and the first leader of the Universal Mini Builders. He also helped found the Empires of Earth Project, having played as the United Empire along with Cyberman969. By the end of 2011 Matt had stepped down as leader, Texar eventually becoming the next leader, and left the group.
